Our Programs
It is part of the Christ House mission to address critical issues to help our patients break the cycle of homelessness. To that end, our patients receive an array of services to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Each patient’s care is managed weekly by a multidisciplinary team comprised of their primary medical practitioner, a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, case manager, addictions counselor and chaplain. Through these services, we are able to help our patients find both healing and hope while at Christ House.
