Maintenance Coordinator
Part-time Custodian

Maintenance Coordinator
Successful candidates will have basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance. Must be able to effectively identify problem and, if necessary, assign to appropriate contractor and manage contracted electricians, plumbers, etc.

Maintain regular maintenance of facilities and equipment on a regular schedule. Must be able to work independently with self initiative and minimal supervision.

Requires high school diploma or GED. Prefer technical/vocational training. Please also provide documentation of relevant certifications.

Part time Custodian:
Candidates will be expected to understand special needs of cleaning and sanitation in a health care facility. Cleaning responsibilities include patient rooms and bathrooms, nurse's station, treatment room and common areas.

Assistance in setting up and breaking down tables and chairs will also be required. Some maintenance may be required such as unstopping toilets or replacing light bulbs.

Candidates must be able to work well unsupervised and willing to take initiative to address issues that may arise outside normal job duties. Must be available to work weekend days and some holidays. Prefer previous experience in custodial work in a health care setting.

Part time employees are eligible for benefits, some of which may be pro-rated based on number of hours scheduled to work, including health insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, 10 holiday dates, and life/ADD insurance.
